IF YOU AS A STAKEHOLDER HAVE IDENTIFIED A SPECIFIC INSTANCE WHERE A PROVISION IN EU LEGISLATION HAS OVERLAPPED WITH A REACH PROVISION OR WHERE THERE IS A GAP IN THE INTERFACE BETWEEN REACH AND OTHER EU LEGISLATION WE WOULD BE INTERESTED IN HEARING FROM YOU.

 

The identified overlaps or gaps could be in terms of:

  • Exemptions
  • Definitions
  • Risk assessment or risk management methodology
  • Specific Authorisation or Restriction regimes
  • Specific substance issues
  • Other issues

To allow us to use this information we ask you to download the form available here, to complete it with your concrete example of overlaps or gaps, and email it back to us at: reachscope@milieu.be.

It should be understood that we will not be able to enter into a discussion on particular issues identified by stakeholders, and we reserve the right not to take the provided information into account if it does not relate to a specific gap or overlap with the REACH legislation or is not substantiated properly. Only submissions in English will be taken into consideration.
